This created consistency in messaging, reduced last-minute posting and gave the team a clearer structure for ongoing communication.

Supported an IT consultancy that wanted to maximise the impact of a key research report by promoting it consistently across multiple channels over a six-month period.
I developed an integrated communications plan covering social media, website content, email campaigns and a supporting webinar. This included creating the messaging and copy for each channel, with a clear storytelling approach that focused on the challenges highlighted in the report and how businesses could overcome them.
The campaign generated strong engagement, including a healthy number of webinar attendees, clicks through to the report, enquiries, good email open rates and follow-up requests for additional information.

I developed a full marketing strategy and supporting implementation plan, ensuring activity, priorities and budgets were directly linked to commercial goals. This included defining clear KPIs for each initiative and allocating budget across projects to support measurement and accountability.

Marine technology
Supported a marine technology business specialising in subsea surveys that needed a clearer way to communicate its services and technical capabilities.
I led the development of an animated company video to showcase the business, its services and the technology it uses. This involved working closely with a design agency and coordinating input and approvals across multiple internal teams to ensure accuracy, clarity and alignment.
The final video provided a clear, engaging overview of the business and its capabilities, and has since been used across multiple channels, including pitches and client meetings, to support sales conversations.
